Freedom of Information policy
The United Learning Trust is committed to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 and to the principles of accountability and the general rights of access to information, subject to legal exemptions.
The FOIA came into force immediately for schools that converted to academy status on or after 1 September 2010. From 1 January 2011 the FOIA applies to all existing academies that opened before 1 September 2010.
